SOFTWARE FOR THE CYCLONE AND ATOM ESCs

R/C car racing has entered the modern age with Novak's ESC Profile Software. This software, designed for the Cyclone and Atom Programmable Speed Controls, allows users to access 10 adjustable operating parameters within the hidden fourth profile of the Cyclone or Atom via an IBM compatible PC.

The ESC Profile Software is ideal for R/C car racers who want to customize their Cyclone or Atom with their own racing preferences. The software is easy to use and includes 15 pre-programmed driving profiles. Simply install the software onto your IBM compatible PC, connect the Data Link harness to the Data Link socket on the Cyclone or Atom speed control, and customization can begin.

All operating parameters of the Cyclone and Atom can be customized through either the ESC Profile Software or the Pit Wizard, a hand-held microcomputer based tool. R/C car racers have over half-a-billion programming possibilities available at their fingertips in which to create the perfect racing profile.

For those with laptop computers, track-side customizing of the Cyclone and Atom is possible with a few strokes of the keyboard. Ten programmable functions on the Cyclone and Atom can be accessed through the the ESC Profile Software. Racers can create their own Racing Profile by adjusting the following operating parameters: Neutral, Full Throttle, Full Brake, Deadband, Minimum Drive, Drive PWM Frequency, Brake PWM Frequency, Drag Brake Value, Drag Brake Toggle and Drag Brake Frequency. It is also possible to monitor the throttle trigger response. For additional savings, the ESC Profile Software and Cyclone can be purchased as a combo pack (#1031).
