TEMPEST MAX UNLEASHES NEW FURY

Since its introduction, the Tempest has proven to be one of Novak's top speed controls. Recently, the Tempest received several technological updates, which as a result, effectively maximized its operating performance, as well as earned the new name — Tempest Max.

Modifications to the Tempest Max boost its already solid reputation for performance and reliability. Up-to-date features include improving the transistors to the more powerful HYPERFET III, which drop the On-Resistance to an all-time low of 0.00067 ohms and crank out 480 amps of Drive Current Rating; incorporating a built-in Schottky Diode and a 3.0 amp, 5.7 volt BEC with overload protection; and including built-in Brake Light Circuitry, which when used with Novak's Brake Light LED Kit (sold separately), gives the vehicle a more realistic appearance.

Other Novak-exclusive features which are included with the Tempest Max are the convenient One-Touch Set-Up and Polar Drive Technology, which allows the speed control to handle hotter motors, provides a smoother throttle response and improved radio system performance.
