The GTB ESC (#1710) is compatible with all Novak 540-Sized Brushless Motors including the Ballistic-Series, Velociti-Series, and SS Pro-Series. GTB's are also compatible with Novak's Ballistic 550-sized motors.

This Racing ESC is for Brush or Brushless Motors!

It's for racing. It's programmable. It can be used with either brushless or brushed motors. It's Novak's GTB Brushless/Brush Racing ESC, and like all of Novak's speed controls, the GTB is packed full of features. This versatile ESC has no brushed motor limit and is compatible with all Novak 540-size and 550-size sensored brushless motors.

Programming the GTB is easy thanks to its user-friendly interface and 4 different color status LEDs. The brushless mode has 4 adjustable parameters, including Minimum Brake, Drag Brake, Deadband, and Minimum Drive. The brushed mode is fully programmable with all of the adjustments of the brushless mode, plus adjustable Drive Frequency. The GTB uses lightweight MOSFET technology. These MOSFETs have low ‘RDS On’ value, which allows the speed control to have high power density. This ESC also has the lowest On-Resistance for a speed control of its class, making it perfect for racing in sportsman class or other events where advanced timing is not needed.

The GTB includes all of the extra performance-enhancing components needed for racing, including a factory-installed heat-sink and cooling fan. Other convenient features include One-Touch Set-Up, direct-solder wiring tabs, and a replaceable input and switch harness. It’s also equipped with a water-resistant case.

In addition, the GTB Brushless/Brush ESC includes Built-in Li-Po Cut-Off Circuitry, which monitors the vehicle’sLithium Polymer battery pack’s voltage, and prevents the batteries from going below the critical safety voltage level.
