Novak's Havoc Pro/Ballistic Brushless System– a name synonymous with affordability and reliability – has five motor-turn options available [3.5T (#3130), 6.5T (#3132), 10.5T (#3133), 13.5T (#3134) & 17.5T (#3135)], perfect for a wide range of racing. The Havoc Pro Brushless ESC (#1735), which is also available individually, tops the list in the Havoc line because of its unmatched speed, economical price and advanced compatibility: The Havoc Pro is compatible with the entire Novak 540-sized brushless motor line and any ROAR-approved 540-sized sensored motor, all the way down to 3.5-turns. To add to the sophisticated Havoc Pro, Novak united the speed control with five of its next-generation Ballistic Brushless Motors. Combined, the Havoc Pro and Ballistic motors make the perfect complement for on-road and off-road enthusiasts, and spec-class racers.
A LOT OF PROGRAMMING IN A SMALL PACKAGE
Novak has packed the Havoc Pro Brushless ESC full of programmability into one easy-to-adjust profile. The Havoc Pro includes a customizable Throttle Curve, which smoothes out throttle operation. In addition, the Havoc Pro’s Brake Frequency adjustment contains seven degrees of adjustability from a smooth and controllable brake to a more abrupt and grabbier feel. The dozens of adjustments allow drivers to fine-tune their vehicle’s throttle braking for better control and advanced handling.
But the customization doesn’t end with braking. Novak also has built-in Battery Type Selection that auto detects among Li-Po, Li-Fe and Ni-MH batteries and prevents them from going below the critical safety voltage level, and a Motor Rotation feature that allows the user to easily select the direction of the motor.
ADVANCED MOTOR TECHNOLOGY
To complete the affordable system, the sensored Ballistic motors contain an easy-to-adjust timing assembly that alters the RPM range and features interchangeable wound stator construction, which creates dozens of racing options. Additionally, these sleek motors are ROAR/IFMAR approved, boast a removable shielded sensor harness, and contain a 12.3mm nickel-plated sintered Neodymium rotor for maximum motor acceleration, braking power and performance in high-temperature conditions. And like all Novak racing motors, these brushless motors are blisteringly fast, reaching speeds that will effortlessly satisfy any racer or basher.
