NOVAK'S QUALITY PROMISE
Novak guarantees each product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the customer's original date of purchase. To ensure customers receive a quality product, Novak puts each electronic product through a comprehensive series of tests before allowing the product to leave the Novak facility. This warranty does not cover incorrect installation, incorrect use of product, components worn by use, tampering, or damage caused by a crash, flooding or natural disaster.
A "Green Product"is a RoHS compliant product that does not contain lead, mercury, or cadmium. Novak products are in compliance with Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of January 2003 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronics equipment (RoHS Directive). Novak Electronics, Inc. develops ESCs, motors, and other products using components and materials that are environmentally friendly; these materials are deemed be Halogen and lead free.
Must be 14 years or older to operate. This product is not a toy and is not intended for use by children under 14 years of age without the strict supervision of an adult.

This product has met the guidelines required to be CE approved. It meets EU safety, health and environmental regulations.
