We are seeking a qualified individual to join our engineering department as a Manufacturing/Engineering Technician. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of electronics circuitry and microprocessor functionality; an ability to troubleshoot at board level and fix boards in a manufacturing production environment; and have repair experience working with computers, oscilloscopes and other testing equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree from accredited technical school
• 2 years of technical experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufactured product
• Good understanding of microprocessor circuit functionality
• Experience using test equipment, such as volt ohm meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators and function generators
• Ability to read schematics and board layouts for assemblies
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Must be familiar with Windows operating system (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience in R/C car industry a plus
• Bilingual/Spanish a plus
