We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys troubleshooting, and helping customers with product and application questions. The successful candidate will be an R/C enthusiast, have a background in customer service and be comfortable with heavy phone-call responsibilities.
In this position, you will troubleshoot customer-application questions and provide general customer service support; respond to customer service e-mails; assist walk-in customers with product-application setup; provide product and application feedback; and provide general office and clerical assistance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum two years of experience in a technical field and/or technical degree
- Minimum one year of experience in R/C car industry
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong problem solving analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong listening skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with heavy call volume environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
- Good understanding of basic electronic circuit
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
