TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE – FULL OR PART TIME

We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys troubleshooting, and helping customers with product and application questions. The successful candidate will be an R/C enthusiast, have a background in customer service and be comfortable with heavy phone-call responsibilities.

In this position, you will troubleshoot customer-application questions and provide general customer service support; respond to customer service e-mails; assist walk-in customers with product-application setup; provide product and application feedback; and provide general office and clerical assistance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum two years of experience in a technical field and/or technical degree
  • Minimum one year of experience in R/C car industry
  • Minimum two years customer service experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong problem solving analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with heavy call volume environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
  • Good understanding of basic electronic circuit
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
