SERVICE REPLACEMENT OPTIONS -- Brushless Motors

Cost listed for Novak brushless motors eligible for direct replacement. Cost does not include shipping and handling fees (click here for fees). Complete a Non-Warranty Service Form and return with product.

Brushless Motor is replaced with the same model remanufactured item (unless stated otherwise) that passes the same testing parameters as new product, and includes a new 120-day warranty. Items that have a (X) can be replaced for the same NEW item for an additional $15.

NOVAK MOTOR EXCHANGE PROGRAM:  Motors returned for service with an option code can be exchanged for another model, as stated below. Fee is added to cost of the selected motor. All Novak motors are included in this program.

Option Code R: Motor can be exchanged for a different motor in the "R" Group for an additional $5.
Option Code S: Motor can be exchanged for a different motor in the "S" Group for an additional $5.
Option Code H: Motor can be exchanged for a different motor in the "H" Group for an additional $5.
Option Code M: Motor can be exchanged for a different motor in the "M" Group for an additional $5.
Option Code D: Motor can be exchanged for a different motor in the "S" or "H" Groups for an additional $20.

For example: Customer returns #3417 SS17.5 Pro and has it exchanged for a #R3625V Ballistic Spec 25.5T for $64.
**Motors without an option code will be added approximately 3 months after release.

(1) Original version with bonded rotor and smooth endbells. Replaced with Sintered Rotor.
(2) Replacement motor has a rotor with a 5mm output shaft and required a different pinion gear. Novak sells a series of Mod 1 and 32-Pitch pinion gears with a 5mm bore.To add a pinion gear with your service replacement, indicate part number on service form and add $10 per pinion gear to the total.
