SERVICE REPLACEMENT OPTIONS -- Speed Controls

Cost listed for Novak products eligible for direct replacement. Cost does not include shipping and handling fees (click here for fees). Complete a Non-Warranty Service Form and return with product.

Speed Control is replaced with the same model remanufactured item (unless stated otherwise) that passes the same testing parameters as new product, and includes a new 120-day warranty. Items that have a () can be replaced for the same NEW item for an additional $15.

NOVAK ESC EXCHANGE PROGRAM:  ESCs returned for service with an option code can be exchanged for another model, as stated below. Fee is added to cost of the selected ESC. All the Novak ESCs that are listed in the table below are included in this program.

Option Code G: ESC can be exchanged for a different ESC in the "G" group for the listed-replacement cost.
For example: Customer returns #1711 GTB Spread Spectrum ESC and has it replaced with a #R1712 SLYDR ESC for $69.

Option Code HV: Customers returning a current model HV ESC for service can exchange it for a different HV model for $69. Customers returning a first-version HV ESC with external Li-Po module for service can upgrade it to the current model HV for an additional $20.
For example: Customer returns #3221-1 HV ESC with external Li-Po module and has it replaced with a #R3221 HV ESC with built-in Li-Po for $69.

#R3221-1 is a service replacement HV Pro ESC V1 with full programmability. Does not include built-in Li-Po. It is recommended that you do not return the Smart-Stop Li-Po module with the returned ESC. For an additional $20, the unit can be exchanged for an #R3221 HV Pro with built-in Li-Po (total exchange price will be $95 plus shipping and handling).
