Please note that the firmware for the M2 Dig 3S ESC and the Kinetic ESCs are different.

The NovaLink Programming Interface is required to update your ESC firmware. Please follow these steps on how to update your ESC firmware:

STEP 1: Delete the previous firmware file:

1. Navigate to the default NovaLink folder: C:\Program Files\Novak Electronics\NovaLink or \NovaLink_M2Dig or \NovaLink Low Resolution
2. Click Start -> My Computer -> C: Drive -> Program Files -> Novak Electronics -> NovaLink or NovaLink_M2Dig or NovaLink Low Resolution
3. Find the firmware file (outload__.rdd)
4. Right-click and select Delete

STEP 2: Upload the updated firmware file:

1. Download the zip file
2. Open the zip folder
3. Double-click [firmware_file].exe
4. Launch NovaLink Software
5. Launch the NovaLink Firmware Updater

STEP 3: Verify that the NovaLink Software version is downloaded as indicated in the chart

1. If the NovaLink software needs to be updated, click here

STEP 4: Launch NovaLink software, select "Launch Firmware Updater", and connect the ESC to the NovaLink Module

STEP 5: Perform a One-Touch Setup
